Yes, we couldn’t believe it either when we saw this Mustang parked in a booth outside Hall 3.0 in Frankfurt. Is it possible, a race-ready Mustang equipped with an eco-friendly, 4cylinder, 2.0-liter turbocharged engine that runs on bio-diesel? Yes and it delivers 280 Hp and a maximum torque of 500 Nm or 368.8 lbs/ft. allowing the race car to sprint from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 5,0 sec and to achieve a top speed of 250 km/h (155 mph).

Want more?, well listen to this: according to the
Four Motors (Reutlingen) that developed the BioConcept-Car, the Mustang GT RTD's outer skin is made of so-called bio-composites produced from vegetable raw materials! These body components, which were developed in cooperation with the German Aerospace Center, promise to withstand extreme loads and stresses in motor sports.
